Well, I guess this is no shock. House Minority Leader, Democrat Nancy Pelosi is slamming Donald Trump’s historic deal with the leader of North Korea. I know how shocked you are at this, too.
The San Francisco Democrat jumped to her Twitter account to insist that Trump “elevated” North Korea to the “level of the United States” by even meeting with him.
Pelosi attached a statement to that tweet:
Pelosi’s full statement is no more logical:
Nuclear nonproliferation is a pillar of America’s national security. Apparently the president handed Kim Jong Un concessions in exchange for vague promises that do not approach a clear and comprehensive pathway to denuclearization and non-proliferation.
It went on, “In his haste to reach an agreement, President Trump elevated North Korea to the level of the United States while preserving the regime’s status quo. The millions of families living in fear of nuclear weapons in the region deserve strong and smart leadership built on diplomacy and engagement with our regional partners and allies.
The president’s marginalization of the vast expertise of the State Department and his habitual disparaging of our allies as demonstrated at the G7 forum hinders a lasting, stable pathway to peace.
Wait… isn’t that what Trump just did? He reached out to try some diplomacy with both the North and the South Koreans.
Pelosi isn’t known for making any sense, though. Recently actor James Woods pointed that out…
When the last unemployment report came out showing that Trump has some of the best unemployment numbers ever recorded, in her best, most tone deaf manner, Pelosi actually criticized the report. saying “What? Do I need a bigger paycheck?”

Her reply made such little sense that Woods jumped to his Twitter account to joke that Pelosi is so bad for Democrats that she has to be a GOP plant.
Ouch! A few others also jumped in to slam Pelosi for her lunacy.
Donald Trump, Jr. said it was “amazing” that this is what Democrats think.
Sen. Orrin Hatch’s office also got in the act:
But, heck, at least she was able to get a few actual, English words out of her mouth this time. Quite unlike another recent appearance where she sounded like a brain aneurysm took over:
What in the heck was that?
